Winfrey Agbelese

Winfrey Agbelese is a communications expert, broadcast journalist, and TV producer. She studied Law at the University of Benin and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015.

She is widely known as a co-host of Wake Up Nigeria and a familiar face on TVC News Saturday Breakfast, where she brings her voice and perspective to national conversations.

Winfrey’s journey into media evolved from her early success in pageantry—winning Miss University Nigeria (UNIBEN) in 2012, placing Top 5 at Miss Nigeria 2016, and later becoming MBGN Tourism 2017. Her passion for storytelling and representation led her into a career spanning broadcast journalism, content creation, and television production.

She is the founder of The Pageant Academy, where she mentors and equips young women to confidently take up space in their fields.

Winfrey believes that effective communication is the lifeblood of any thriving system—and through The V3 Communications Devotional, she helps readers build presence, clarity, and confidence in how they show up and speak.
